Duncan Lomas has spent his entire career working in the wood products industry. With a Bachelor of Science in Forestry from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, Duncan was working for a lumber company when he first met Aram Vartanian as a client in selling him wood for cabinetmaking. “In business, you learn who the good people are – who cares about quality and service, who’s honest and ethical, and whose values you share. It didn’t take long after meeting Aram and his brother, that I learned that they were both good people.” Aram asked Duncan to join Vartanian Custom Cabinets in 1988, knowing that he would be a tremendous asset to the company. Since that time, Duncan has honed his kitchen design craft to new levels every year. “I enjoy watching each project transform from my customer’s hopes and ideas into a finished kitchen that exceeds their expectations and that they thoroughly love,” says Duncan. “In working at Vartanian Custom Cabinets I have the opportunity to stretch my skills, make our customers happy, and help grow this company.
