Aram Vartanian has spent more than two decades building “bests”. The best team, factory showroom, design practices, engineering processes, manufacturing facility, and product. With a lifetime love of woodworking, Aram ventured into the field as a teenager working in his brother’s remodeling business in the basement of their family home. While getting an excellent foundation in design and construction, Aram soon learned that his true passion was in cabinetmaking; and so began Vartanian Custom Cabinets. The company and its reputation have grown steadily through the years solely from referrals and word of mouth. The reason is quality. Aram attributes their success to the strength of his team, many of whom have been with the company for more than 20 years. Aram’s strategy is not to first expand and then hire. Instead he has carefully and methodically grown his business each time he has found just the right person to bring on due to his or her skills, dedication, and the contribution that Aram senses they’ll make. The result is a team of people so skilled, dedicated, and proud to work for Vartanian Custom Cabinets that they collectively set and achieve exceptional standards every day.
